At Vybrant, we stand behind the quality of our products and the integrity of our programs. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be granted.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Damaged or Defective Products (14-Day Window, Unopened Only)
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival, you may request a refund or replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.
To qualify:
- The bottle must be unopened and unused.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You must submit clear photographic evidence of the damage.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Vybrant reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.
If approved, Vybrant may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product at no cost, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to verified product damage or company error.
2. 30-Day Sleep Challenge Guarantee
Vybrant offers a 30-Day Sleep Challenge Guarantee for qualifying purchases of Vybrant Sleep products when the customer participates in the structured 30-day program.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- The customer must have purchased Vybrant Sleep directly from livevybrant.com.
- The customer must have enrolled in the official 30-Day Sleep Challenge.
- The product must have been used consistently for a full 30 consecutive days as directed.
- The customer must submit a written explanation detailing:How the product was usedConfirmation of participation in the challenge protocolSpecific sleep metrics or changes (or lack thereof)Lifestyle factors followed during the challenge

Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days after completion of the 30-day challenge period.
Vybrant reserves the right to review all submissions and determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued for incomplete participation, inconsistent usage, or failure to follow provided program guidance.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Limit one (1) 30-Day Challenge refund per customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons:
- Opened supplement bottles are not eligible for return under the 14-day damage policy.
- Digital products, downloadable materials, and community memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Vybrant support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Vybrant to resolve the issue may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Policy Updates
Vybrant reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
